A crisis is declared when an incident requires a response from Daman’s top management and has impacts reaching level 4 (high) or 5 (catastrophic) as per Daman’s impact matrix.
The CMT leads Daman’s response during crises, interacting with external stakeholders and making decisions to resolve situations that could harm Daman’s reputation and operations.
The CMT determines the scope of the crisis, decides on corrective actions, approves critical communications, and oversees recovery and resumption planning.
