    • For routine advice in pediatrics, general medicine, or dermatology.
    Consultation Process
    1. Speak with a nurse for an initial assessment.
    2. A doctor will call back for detailed evaluation.
    3. Receive personalized treatment or referrals if necessary.

    • Your privacy is protected under UAE law; calls are recorded for quality.

  • Emergency Treatment

    If you have a medical emergency within your policy’s coverage area, you can receive care from the nearest provider, even if they’re not part of our network. In emergencies requiring hospital admission, preauthorisation is not initially required, but the Network Provider must inform Daman within the specified timeframe.
