Assisted Reproductive Technology Programme is a Tele coaching program that provides support and care through structured educational content that aims to empower and improve the overall health of the participants and avoid complications related to infertility treatment.

The program includes biweekly coaching phone calls that contain educational and motivational content provided by a health coach. Program duration 3 months

  • Nutritional guide
  • Introduction to Infertility
  • Infertility treatment and procedures
  • Adopting healthy lifestyle
  • IVF overview
  • IVF process
  • Embryo pooling
  • Frozen embryo transfer
  • Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome (OHSS)
  • Genetic Screening for Birth Defects
  • Psychological stress and infertility; emotional support.
